Slow, extremely slow. The advisor made me come to the office three times before I finally got through to another advisor who actually knew what they were doing. The service was terrible, a complete waste of time, and disrespectful to customers. The advisors at this branch are useless.

Terrible service. The advisors pretend not to notice and ignore customers. They choose who to serve based on personal preference or criteria. They don't respect the online queue system.

Terrible service. I requested an appointment online because I was with my baby and needed to avoid delays. When I arrived, the appointment hadn't been generated, and they told me I had to request another one, which I did. Forty-five minutes passed, and I had to go to the bathroom to change my baby. I wasn't gone for more than 10 minutes, and when I returned, they had already called me. I asked the head of services what had happened, and she told me there was nothing she could do, that I had to request another appointment. In total, I had to wait a little over two hours to be seen! I don't know why a bank offers an online appointment system if it doesn't work, especially considering their lack of empathy for people like me who are there with a baby.

I'm not giving it zero because that's not possible, but it's truly frustrating to go to the Banco Bogotá Paseo San Rafael branch. The previous head of services and the previous advisors were demanding but very diligent. The current head of services provides everything but service, and unfortunately, she's instilled her attitude in her advisors. Today, a young woman helped me with arguments that made me leave crying from frustration. From the comments, I see I'm not the only one who's had bad experiences with this staff.

Horrible! Don't come to this bank; it's a waste of time. It's incredible that several people wait for more than an hour, only to have others arrive with a later appointment than mine and be served first. I tried to do my errand by phone, but they told me it could only be done in person. There was only one advisor at the counter, and the customer service manager wasn't helpful; she just frowned. I wasted my time. Such poor service.
