Fantastic service, takes a while but they check everything meticulously which is good, comfortable ac waiting area, we were probably 1 hour start to finish and everyone was excellent 👌

The staff at this branch are terribly understaffed. Doing banking here is so frustrating. Expect a wait time of at least 1 hour for any questions you have. If you plan to open a new account, consider BCA on the bypass. Even if you need to tale a taxi it is worth it.

Very bad customer service, they are so slow! There were two people behind the desk with the same job title. When I approached one of them, she told me to go to the other person even though she was literally doing nothing. I told her that her job title says ‘Customer Service,’ and she immediately redirected me to the teller. The manager needs to train them on how to properly handle customers
