I'm really disappointed with the service. I opened an account on the 9th, and the customer service team waited over an hour. I thought it would be processed immediately, but it wasn't. I was sent home with the account still unopened. Two days later, I was informed of the account number (after complaining), and there was still no solution. Why do you have to go back and forth to the branch when it's your system's fault? Strange.
The office is cute, clean, and smells great. The tellers are friendly. The security guards are always friendly and helpful. The parking attendants are always nice and accompany you to the green light. Good luck!

I've been waiting to create an account, even though creating an account via the application should be faster, instead the CS computer had an error, told me to wait 2 more queues with another CS, really bad service, slow service with no results.
