they really need to improve service. been waiting for 6 queue only for more than an hour only to renew card.. at least if the human resources cannot cope with customer they could provide machines for simple transactions to reduce queue they only open one counter for the past 30 mins (after an hour waiting) which the other "customer" service suddenly gone.. one in front of me was going to pray which havent back after 30 mins.. some other employees just walking around. had some snack etc. horrible experience to waste time

Nice bank
Opened an account in 2.5 hours, even though there was no queue. The verification code took a really long time and didn't come in for an hour, using email and my quota, I was having trouble. Even though the server is really weird. After all, I've already come to the branch, why do I have to register online again? It's really a hassle. The flow is too complicated. The security guard and CS are also unresponsive when they are having trouble
