Poor service. I thought opening an account at the bigger office was faster than at a small branch office. It took more than 1 hour to wait in the customer service queue, that doesn't include the account opening process
a very modern bank, the place really aestethic and the design very cool, the staff also humble and helpful
Very very slow service. Badly trained staff. Needs management overhaul desperately. Visa card does not work in Japan.
Waiting room was cozy n cool, makes comfortable
