The staff are helpful at this branch but this is the only positive aspect. They have the worst security and three weeks ago they had an incident where the police came in because the bank allowed fake money to be deposited. Not more than a few days ago someone stole a lot of money from me because my account got hacked. They could have blocked the transaction from occurring and prevented me from being robbed but they didn’t. It’s obvious to me they have thieves working for them because if they honestly cared about their customers, they would protect them. My advice is to never bank with them unless you must. If you do, take out your money or transfer it to another account.

Horrible service. Bad attitude and service. The worst bank I have ever been to. Bancolombia should be embarrassed.

The staff's handling of loan applications is completely inefficient. They no longer offer extended hours, and the advisors spend their time talking to others, regardless of the number of people waiting to be served.

The schedule is until 4 p.m. I don't understand why they don't update and waste our time.

What a bank! I didn't know that to make a simple deposit I had to take sick leave from work, just to have almost enough time to finish the transaction.
