Permata Bank is located in front of the Prudential Tower lobby, specifically on the second floor, as Sebastian Coffee is located on the first floor. The service is quite friendly. The room isn't particularly spacious. Drinkable mineral water is available. I've opened an account here before, but the teller was a bit unclear, speaking quickly and softly, so I had to ask for it again several times. The process is quite fast, and the air conditioning is cool.
