Every time you will see people standing in queues for transactions, there are 3 universal tellers but only one teller would work and rest two would be discussing their private matters. They scarcely give you new notes or change, they usually make you awaited from minimum 5 minutes to 30 minutes maximum. Their ATM works scarcely. Furthermore staff is reluctant to work and cooperate. Not only this , they hid the complaint box you will see a box with label , SUGGESTION AND ........... they have erased complaint from that box by scratching...
