Customers need to now differences between products and services, and risks embedded in each of them. The security on duty tried, voluntarily, explained what is mudharabah, and others. I demanded more competent staff as he kept sticking to "no administrative fees", ridiculous! Sadly, I didnt experience this with other conventional banks such as M or BC*. Really sorry for the 1 Star. I was already so generous...

First time here because there was a money exchange (register on the Indonesian bank website first).
