Slow respon
The service is good and friendly, the CS and tellers are also friendly and good, but unfortunately because there is only one teller and CS each, it takes a long time.
I arrived at 1..to change ATM..but the security guard said CS would only take a break until 2:30 PM.. Break times are NOT GENERAL! THERE'S NOT A WRITING ON THE DOOR. DISAPPOINTMENT, I CAME FAR AWAY FROM WORK. IT'S SO DIFFERENT FROM BCA, THE SECURITY GUARD CAN HANDLE ATM MATTERS!
The service is soooooo great. It's pointless to have so many customer service desks if only one is open. Other reviews are the same: often only one customer is operating. A single customer can spend more than 30 minutes serving. There are already many bad reviews, but it seems like there's no evaluation or improvement. The staff are indeed friendly, but why is there only one customer service desk operating? If you want fast service, it's better not to go to this branch office. Hopefully, there will be a service evaluation and improvements soon, especially in customer service.
