This is the fourth failed transaction, the money has been deducted, but the payment hasn't been successful due to network issues. The refund takes up to a month. It's not about the amount, but rather the poor service. Hopefully, BSI will improve this service. 🙄🙏

This BSI branch is really bad. The female customer service officer wearing a hijab is slower than a snail. It takes 3 hours to withdraw a million rupiah. It's not just once, but every time I come here it's like this! The service is terrible!! Don't want to save money here.
Slow service, no ethics or friendliness, and strange. It's just called Sharia. There's no implementation of Sharia at all.
Thank God, the first customer came at 9 o'clock, so there was no queue, the process was fast, as long as the need was clear.
