Their service is really bad. I had to wait almost 2 hours just to collect a Western Union transfer! Only two people were working at the customer service counter.

The service is very slow because CS serves only one person. Teller is also only one person. Even though there are a lot of queues.👎👎👎👎👎

I couldn't even help a woman who needed to pee, they said it was an Islamic bank. I asked to go to the restroom because I couldn't hold it in. I knew it wasn't a public restroom, so I wouldn't have stopped by if it wasn't an emergency. I'm a customer who can open three savings accounts at this bank, even though they're at other branches. Alfa Indomaret is more Islamic, and it still has empathy, not a public restroom, but it's willing to provide access to help people. The bathroom was an emergency. The security guard was so cruel, he had no empathy. He said it wasn't allowed if there wasn't a need because it wasn't a public restroom. I know that too! Where is Islam when they don't even want to help people.
