Branch lost my Cheque and call centre unable to help me as they suggest to visit the branch and get it know regarding the cheque. I thought UBL have centralized system so I can deposit cheque where ever they have branch, but for other customers please make sure deposit cheque nearest to your place branch, as they have no solution on internet nor on call centre. Suppose if I deposit cheque in another city of Pakistan than I have to visit them ? and above all call centre unable to locate their own branch in teen talwar plus they donot have its number, what a service ?
