There's only one customer service representative, and two pawn shops. More customers want to go to customer service, so why are there more pawn shops? It's strange... You have to wait hours to go to customer service. At 10:30, there were already 20 people in line at the teller, and the customer service representative was still number two. Not anymore, it's a waste of time. I'm tired of going there twice.
The staff are friendly and very helpful, but the customer service is very slow. There are two tables, but one is empty. Please be careful so that no customers wait too long. Just at the customer service desk alone, it takes 40-50 minutes. I arrived at 11 am and my queue number was called at 3 pm.
