They don't care about their customers. I requested a loan settlement, but they took a lot of time just to say 'no.' They wasted both my time and money. Really poor service from the finance department.

Very poor & lethargic service. I wanted to release my fix deposit, up to now they took 4 days , as they say still processing , coming 2 days are holidays , and they tell still processing and not telling exact time from the first day pretend and tell one lethargic lady in upstair and told me will call back , but didn’t , 2 days I visited the bank, and passing the ball to each , when I called the hotline they transfer the call back to a lady and she gave me a num of credit officer called Mohan, After many times trying finally he answered and told the same story that previous lady said, Ndb Gampaha branch , they wasted my time , still I didn’t received an exact reply or my cash money , from your side you are not excusing for ur loans and lease delays , u systematically doing that , But since several days I could’t get my own fix deposited cash , What are the solution for ur lethargic service and irresponsible acts to the customers? This is so disgusting and not reliable service , Very poo
