State of the Art branch but staff behaviour is same as National Bank.

It was saturday morning 11 30 am somewhere. I was at this branch of ubl. I had to deposit funds to my wifes account and here it started. So between conversation he asked my contact no. Upon which i gave to him but also asked why you are asking my contact details as i have never given my contact detials whenever the case of funds transfer or deposit. I filled the form but there was no contact detail asked in their form. So instead he give me information why he is asking my number he literally said tum to apne aapko dekho and onwards. I felt harrased literally. So much negativity. I complain to UBL head office. What i expect from UBL customer handling staff is to have patience and get training.
