Almost always the networks are down, Service is horrible. It takes about an hour to get a Pay Order done here, so you can forget about the utility bills which are never accepted here as 'networks being down' are blamed by the staff. Lazy staff who forget to do their task on a daily basis and are on the call most of the time. Maybe the reason for this is just because it is located on a below average income area?
