Poor customer service, lack of etiquettes to deal with customers (They need proper on job training sessions) As they behave like bank teller staff are the boss there as no upper level management is involved in this matter so they are more prone to have a bossy and arrogant attitude towards the customers! 1: They convey the message or information to customers inappropriately and I often experience misbehaviour of bank teller staff with customers. 2: The ticket queue system is very slow for managing 10 customers for instance they take up to 1 hour just for the basic transactions. 3: Today, one of the bank teller has misbehaved with me as walk in customer and talked harshly with bold words to me for asking a favor of getting a ball pen. I insisted him to not to misbehave and talk calmly still he continued to talk with arrogance to me. 4: We the family members have decided to not continue any sort of transaction with this bank and close all our accounts whoever has one in United bank limited. P.s. This is the only platform I could write about the inadequate professionalism at least not expected from a corporate level firm.
