I wanted share my experience with NDB bank. I recently started a business and I went to make my business account from commercial. However the so called “Manager” at Commercial bank didn’t even care to look at my BR or ask me about the business, but simply said that I wasn’t a resident in Katana and asked me register from my residential branch. I do understand the process and the legal structure but it was just pure ugly customer service with the way he spoke and I left the bank saying to myself I will try to open the account from a different bank. While commercial bank had been my bank for over 20 years today I decided to I will close all my accounts with them because of that one manager. I came to NDB and met their wonderful manager who spoke very nicely and asked a lot of questions to understand what I’m doing and all. Then he said we can go ahead with creating the business account. The manager, even took time to help me out to get my business Seal made. Banks need managers like him
