The worst branch and service ever🤮. Thihagoda sanasa bank staff is better than NDB staff in matara branch. Even they are not up to date with latest banking services. Furthermore, They keep me waiting outside the bank for long time without giving me any update. Very disappointing customer service. They must know customers are not thieves.

It’s actually small place with few staff than other banks. I believe that service is fine.
