Worst services, a very rude Operations Manager, completely non professional, visited today to fill Disputed Transaction Form during early hours, they were generating fake tokens from machine, almost 40 tokens were generated in front of me. The surprising factor is that they did not felt ashamed for a moment that a customer is watching the whole scenario.

Nice bank with ok services. Cleanliness should be improved. An average bank of Pakistan which have a lot of room for improvement. Somehow didn't grow up to the potential it possess. Services are at times go beyond average and also at times systems get slowed or down. Recommended for those who doesn't have much transactions to do and mostly need bank to just put their money there. Islamic banking is just another way to attract customers, try not to be attracted by this
