When the HNB call center staff was struggling to get a solution, the operations manager at HNB Thimbigigasyaya spoke to correct people and sorted the issue within couple of minutes. He was also kind enough to call me back and inform the staus. Such a great customer service !!! I am sorry, couldn't get his name properly. I think he is Mr. Gavin.

I work for a corporate and needed to deposit a chequered to a supplier. I spoke to the Manager via the land phone and I got unbelievable response. " The Manager told me to come before 5. 00 pm and speak to him" . Hence we went and got through. Superb service. Keep up the good work.

Excellent service overall. Due to some persistent negative experience many years ago at HNB Edmonton Road branch (not this branch) due to slow and inefficient service, I had resolved never to bank with HNB earlier but I needed to visit HNB for a Clubs and Society matter for which I visited this branch (Pamankada). I received very efficient service, brisk, fast and polite each time I visited (I must mention Mrs. Kushani; who is driving this multi tasking at high speed and guiding everyone efficiently at the same time) and as a result, I decided to bank at HNB and started with opening my own account at the branch, which was also handled every efficiently with personalised service with no need for follow up, I was even allowed space to work while I waited for some approvals at one point. I am happy with the service and would recommend.
