Absolutely the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. The staff at this branch are unhelpful, slow, and completely uninterested in resolving even the simplest issues. There’s zero professionalism, no sense of urgency, and not even basic courtesy when dealing with customers. If you value your time and sanity, avoid this branch at all costs. Extremely disappointed.

Absolutely disgusted by the service. The staff’s guidance is incredibly confusing, leaving customers feeling lost and frustrated. To make matters worse, the tone they use while speaking to customers is unprofessional and dismissive. It’s shocking to see how far their customer service has declined—it’s nothing like it used to be. Truly disappointing and unacceptable for an institution of this caliber.
