We had an appointment with Stephen on January 22. He was extremely professional, helpful, and cooperative throughout the process. Not only did he assist us with everything that was scheduled, but he also went the extra mile and completed additional tasks that were not part of our original plan. Very unprofessional and incompetent. I had lost access to online services and went to this branch to get some assistance. They were discussing my private information in front of other customers and could not resolve my issues. I was very unhappy so I had closed my account and moved to another bank.

Very satisfied with the online bank, and very satisfied with the service in the bank. Nice and professional people! But impossible to get in touch with the bank without Bank ID. Unreasonably Krongligt.

It's completely hopeless to get through to customer service when you don't have a Swedish ID to show. It should be possible to send an email to the bank, but getting through on the phone is almost impossible or waiting several hours in line where you end up with NO help!

Banken har öppet 5 (!) timmar i veckan. Kom till banken halv två och hade 36 (!) personer före mig i kön. Två kassor öppna och under första halvtimmen betjänades 5 (!) personer. Jag valde att gå därifrån eftersom jag insåg att jag inte skulle få hjälp denna dag utan tvingas vänta 3 dagar och hoppas på bättre tur. Vill Swedbank ha några kunder? Servicen är usel.
