Swedbank 4B Hoppets Torg Jönköping

I was in Swedbank to fix my BankID and open my account and I got help from a very professional and super helpful advisor, his name was Edward. He was super helpful and did a fantastic job. I have been to other banks to try to get help with this issue but they couldn’t fix so when I got help from Edward I was so happy. He did an amazing job and deserves a promotion, because he is a guy that get things done👏👏

Swedbank has no competitors and whilst its individual representatives can be pleasant it receives one (low) out of ten (high) for customer service, (but its hot chocolate is good)! I doubt that it would survive in the USA. I wanted to use SWISH, and had one of their representative s install it for me, but when I tried to swish a sum of money to pay for entrance to an SPF meeting it didn’t work for me! So embarrassing! I am so dissatisfied with the service that I am seriously thinking of changing banks. Can anyone recommend an efficient, customer orientated Swedish bank?

We called Customer Service today and Elin was professional, she was nice, patient , answer all questions and lead us step of step to fix a new bankID, swish and Swedbank app as well on a new iPhone.

My bolån is cancelled and kronofogden had viewing in my absence ! I payed my bill with autogiro but the bank refused to meet me to view my evidence ! I’m being treated like a dog by my bank of nineteen years ! I demand justification ! They made me homeless and takes my money every month !

The note from owner that you can call to book time is not correct. I was denied booking a time and refered to go to the office. Which is only open when I work, in another town. Guess I have to become unemployed or use my vacation to handle bank issues..
