I'm a recent master graduate from LNU and tried to become a business customer with Swedbank after receiving a Consulting contract with a company in Stockholm. After filling out an extensive form and showing them the contract, they told me to wait for at least one month. One month later I receive a short letter: "Application business customer Thank you for your application. We have processed your application to become business customer and unfortunately decided to decline your enquiry. Best regards, Swedbank AB (publ)" No explanation whatsoever. Thank you for wasting my time Swedbank.

Swedbank is terrible, but especially here at this branch 😶‍🌫️

It doesn't matter how much you need BankID or other services, just not go to this bank. They waste your time and finally give you a negative answer. If you want to know more you can also check the way they answered other reviews, simple copied and pasted: yeah we know that we are not helpful and services are bad, but we don't care about you or your experience.

Office with no user friendly opening hours and very small reception. Gives the message "please don't come here, go home and do your stuff from internet".
