Nordea has Terrible phone service! The queue closes after 16 minutes of waiting! The offer to be called back does not work! Logging in with bankid to get priority does not work! No one answers but demands an answer to theirs by logging in to their page which does not work! Have tried to communicate for several years by being logged in but it has never worked. No answers no comments. Pointed out the difficulties before! Unfortunately I have no hope of improvement! Here you have to enter one star but you do not deserve it!
