Hello Nordea! Will we as loyal bank customers receive any compensation for all the disruptions over the past week? I have been receiving apologies for several days now that these are "temporary disruptions" and you apologize? I sometimes need to quickly find out my various balances when I buy and sell shares, among other things! As for estate management, I think it is incredibly strange that you are not allowed to pay all the invoices of the deceased. It is not my fault that my mother bought tableware and has an invoice with the company. I have tried several times and explained but you refuse to handle the invoice. I work during the day and do not have time to go to the nearest branch that handles invoices, (Enköping) unnecessary cost in addition, as you could easily just withdraw it, because IT belongs to the ESTATE
