Very disappointed. Very poor customer service. I went to collect 1 logbook and the made me wait for over 2 hours and they don’t even bother telling you why the hold up. Not happy with your services. Do better
Staff were eager to help. Millicent went out of her way to sort out my issue and did so timely.
Too slow in customer service and u wait long to get your own money ...improve your efficiency guys..who ever is responding use some brains and improve staff services
