Worst customer service and experience. As expected. It's a shame that this is one of the pioneer banks in Pakistan, yet a branch on a busy & main road is still in the 1900s era. Went for depositing cash in my father's account and got done in 1 hour (60 minutes!) 1. No ticketing machine (the guard was calculating who came first and of course failing bad at it). 2. Photocopier isn't working. 3. The "senior" supervisor behind the counter was extremely loud and rude with everyone. 4. Ramzan timings are till 3pm. Can't all the employees take that 15 minutes afternoon break after 3? Rather than lashing out on the clients waiting for 20 minutes. For a top tier bank of the country, they can't afford to install cash deposit machines.
