The worst bank in Sweden, AVOID AT ALL COSTS! I have had this bank for many years, but enough is enough. I have now decided to move all of our personal and business accounts to another bank. Aside from their abhorrent treatment of customers, laughable interest rates on savings and being most expensive, it is worth noting charges has been filed against Nordea this summer (2024) for the suspected money laundering of 3.4 billion USD. As bad as it is now, things are only going to get worse for this sad excuse of a banking institution.

Worst possible experience! If you are a foreigner they make everything extra difficult for you, require extra documents that no one needs just for making a reservation to open a bank account. Yes you read it right, you cannot open a bank account whenever you want because they take that right away from you. You need to present several documents just to book a appointment for opening a bank account, meaning it might take weeks to have everything ready for you. I don't think just because we are foreigners we have to be treated in a discriminatory manner. It's just very narrowminded and hostile. Never ever visit here!!!!!

Incredibly poor service and information. From September 1st, you can only get help if you book an appointment. We have not received any information about this. Visited Nordea for a new bank ID when my partner's phone broke. Was then told that you have to book an appointment even for a matter that takes less than 5 minutes. Was given a number to call to book an appointment. Called the number and the person who answered would (surprise and surprise) call the office in Örebro so that they would call my partner to book an appointment. So in principle it could be the same person who gave us the number to call who is calling to book an appointment. Absolutely ridiculous what a circus this has become. I was thinking of getting a bank account for my son, it will definitely not happen with Nordea.

Just digital helplessness😡 can't even get an answer on what interest they have on the e-savings account...want to know if I should move money to another bank or stay.

Dåligt att det saknas Handikapp parkering i anslutning till banken. Det blir svårt att besöka om nan vara klara av att gå 50 meter.
