Intehai 3rd class staff and service. Eventually i closed my account. Dont opt for this branch. Extremely unprofessionals. UBL needs to review their staff and atleast run a course regarding customer relations.

Never get such pathetic service by any bank it is more than 10 days trying get simple process but the bank is playing delaying tactics with me i even tried to contact on call, email and branch manager but they still failed to complete my process.
