I don't understand all the horribly negative reviews here? I was having trouble getting BankID on my new phone and visited. Being unable to use the app on my old phone, I had difficulty booking an appointment and dropped in. I saw there that they only do pre-booked meetings now (so important for anyone planning to go). Still, they were kind enough to accommodate me and solve my problem. The person who helped me was very patient and respectful. Thank you so much and I'd say not to listen to all these negative comments!

Last year when I become the bank customer it wasn't easy, but possible and “faster” comparing to Swedbank month-long queue of just waiting. They have like 2 weeks queue and possibility to open account without the Residence permit on hands, it's the other story of permit “travelling” across Sweden! The thing is that it's become impossible to come and solve your question now. WEEKS past after I fill the web-form to move my account to personal number I got recently and get BankID. NO feedback! And the BankID instructions is just useless. Today, it would be impossible to open an account in the bank at all. YOU GUST CAN'T GET THE TICKET! DIGITAL STONE AGE!

Other reviews and images are misleading, showing that Nordea’s office is located inside Thoren Business School. It’s not, it’s currently at S:t Persgatan 21A, third floor. Really helpful staff, good service! No complaints.

I had a wonderful experience opening an account with Nordea at this branch. My customer service agent was Anicca and she was extremely kind and helpful in getting all my things sorted and in guiding me through the entire process. Tack sa mycket!

I had a good experience at the Uppsala branch in S:t Persgatan 21 A. Gunilla Peterrsson was the staff who handled by case and provided an exceptional customer service. The professionalism combined with patience and understanding demonstrated by this staff member is admirable, hence I am sharing this post. At present times, most only complain about what is going wrong, when there are many things going right which if we take time to appreciate can make the world a better place. I also received my card in a days time and I recommend the service of this bank. Gunilla, you are good, keep up the good work. For the potential customers, make sure you carry the required documents in print when going to the bank, it saves your time.
