This Karen branch is quite frustrating. Despite it being my branch the one I opened my account with, they seem not to be able to offer assistance and send me to another branch. After a lot of back and forth in communication including multiple physical visits. Very dissatisfied client.
Bad.Never picks calls.I applied for a card here,they say to collect in CBD.I don’t understand the logistics in that!
