I really like working with NCBA banks in general, but the waiting times in this branch are not normal. There are only two tellers operational with six clients waiting. This would not be the first time that I have had to walk out and find another branch, like the Lavington one, which has efficient and reasonable waiting times.
Pathetic bank. Such a small branch. Tellers not all there. Have to wait 1 hour only to be told to go somewhere else. Opened an account and was not told that there are monthly charges. Ridiculous. Do not recommend this bank. I will stick with the bank I know. Haven't been conned like this with other banks.
Worst NCBA Branch. Very Slow in their services.
