Even when it took me a long time to understand French terms, she patiently waited and guided me through the process. Our consultation was very pleasant, and thanks to her thorough explanations, I was able to find the insurance plan that best suited my needs. Im a client of this bank since some years ago and I am really disappointed. For starters, for something as simple as receiving a code to activate my new card, i had been for over a month calling them and sending them messages to get a solution, without success. I am still not able to activate my card and waiting for a reply from their side. Also last year when I moved to another country and changed phones, I was locked out of my account for around 3 months since their only solution for me to be able to acess again was “come to France to give us your new phone”. After insisting multiple times and calling to different numbers, they were able to help me. I never write reviews to any place but I had been so ignored and receiving such a poor service that I have to recur to this. Hopefully this will help them to raise awareness and improve their service to their customers.

It's an excellent bank. The employees are so nice that when you go there, you always want to stay there. Everyone does their job wonderfully. I know it as the bank of my life. You are great, I wish you all success in your professional life.👍
