Resolved my issues and friendly staff. I am giving 4 stars coz there is sometimes downtime in the application which makes it inaccessible due to maintenance, other than that, happy with my reception so far

Hello, I'm being harassed by Adeline Brey, the manager of the Maréchal de Saxe branch, due to my fines. I told her about my current situation and that I didn't want to air my problems. She's taking advantage of the situation to take money from my account through failed direct debits. Imagine the situation if you have fines or anything else wrong tomorrow; don't count on LCL to make things easy for you. On the contrary, they'll make your life miserable so you'll leave. If you have fines, you should leave them. Beware of malicious people who are simply trying to worsen your situation, especially when you're depressed. They've already blocked my account even though I had money in it, all to take €120 from me several times, knowing that I'm on welfare. Shame on you!

I had an extremely disappointing experience with this bank. During a completely routine deposit, the ATM literally tore a €50 note into three pieces. Despite my numerous attempts to contact them, the money still hasn't been credited to my account nearly 15 days later. On the day of the incident, the branch even sent me on a 15-minute walk to LCL headquarters in 40°C heat, refusing to write a report despite my request. Once there, headquarters confirmed that it was the branch where I made the deposit that was responsible for handling the matter. But I couldn't reach anyone by phone for almost an hour. Since then, I've made countless calls, but the problem remains unresolved. The advisors even speak in a condescending tone, telling me that "the delays are normal." A deposit that should have taken two minutes has cost me considerable time and energy for over two weeks. In summary: a lack of professionalism, a complete absence of consideration for the client, and a deplorable handling o
