A very bad experience with this branch, especially with Ms. Boussaboune F. A real lack of respect and professionalism. She is rarely available, sometimes takes more than a week to respond, and has a disrespectful attitude. When I asked to change advisors, she called and yelled at me over the phone, simply because I explained that her lack of availability was the reason for my request. She doesn't accept any comments or criticism. I then asked to close my account, but she never responded to my messages and constantly left me "on the line." I finally had to let my new bank handle the process for her. The day I came to collect the closure certificate, she kept me waiting for over 15 minutes, saying it was "coming," before finally asking her colleague to take care of it. Deplorable service and a disappointing advisor. An experience that clearly pushed me to leave this bank.
