A very positive and reassuring experience. This LCL branch is clean, modern, and well organized, making every visit smooth and efficient. I've been trying to close my account with LCL since March and it's still not closed. I've called many times, and each time an excuse is that I'm in negative balance, which of course is the case, because they charge me monthly even after I have left my account at 0, and was assured that everything is in norm and the account will be closed by the end of March 2021. Unexplainably poor experience, and terrible customer service. WOULD DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE.
