Please improve on customer service and equipment. An atm card machine for card replacement can't be spoilt for a whole week without being repaired. Edit: Found a really helpful lady (on desk 2) who assisted me with the process.

Kindly retrain your staff on customer service. Constantly receiving bad customer service especially at the cheque deposit counter. Nothing good to say about the whole branch!
