just close the branch and let a good bank rent that space. Only one teller available, humid room with no working ac, you are given a ticket number but apparently it doesnt matter as the teller serves whoever rushed to the counter first, clueless staff who direct you to call customer care yet you are there in person for help. Being in the heart of kilimani and having such bad experiences and reviews , the management of Equity bank should do something rather urgently.
I visited the kilimani branch for insurance renewal in Jan 11th, 24. The office has no one to attend. The next office of credit manager is lost and doesn't seem to know who can help and consults another office. I make a payment and am told to wait they will send the cover. On the 3rd day the matter is still not attached to. I visit the bank again and still am told to wait as he consults. I refuse to leave and held at the waiting area. I am fed up with this kind of service. Are there no efficient employees anymore? People take leave and the office closes!
Long waiting.was referred to a counter without attendant. Had to wait for the attendant for so long and no body bothered. Next attendant was on phone for so long. So frustrating.
Very slow and bad customer service.
Pathetic services. The security lady is very kind and professional than the account opening ladies. I went to open an account but could not keep up with the attitude from the 2 ladies (Monica Ochieng & her colleague)
