An agency full of surprises! Always ready to present payments ten days before the scheduled date, which ensures they avoid early repayments and earn a little extra interest. Ingenious, isn't it? And the follow-up? Where are the advisors capable of listening and offering real solutions? After eighteen years of loyalty, all that remains is an impersonal, mechanical service, where the customer is nothing more than a number to be charged. Messages read but ignored, requests left unanswered, account closures delayed by non-existent reminders: everything seems designed to save time. And finally, an account closed without even a message. The agency excels at withdrawing funds too early, but disappears as soon as a client encounters a difficulty or expresses a need. After so many years, it's becoming clear that the priority is no longer the relationship or advice, but solely performance. So thank you to this agency: it gave me, despite itself, the most precious advice... that of leaving.

A big thank you to Sarah Phylis, my advisor, and Laura Desmaris, the bank manager, for their support during my real estate project, which was exceptionally easy thanks to their advice. At 25, it's not easy to trust someone for a first purchase, and they were reassuring, human, and honest! Everything you look for in a bank. Thanks again!

Aside from the fact that the machines are constantly out of order, the HEAT in the lobby during the lunch break is simply UNBEARABLE. WHAT'S THE POINT? Reply to your answer: Unfortunately, the heat is so intense that people are on the verge of fainting just to deposit two checks. It's a shame! Heating, yes, but 35°C blowing directly on customers' faces... no.

This is the first time I've seen this. I went into the bank to deposit a check, and there was no check box marked. Or rather, it was there, but its slot was sealed with some kind of old tape. It smacked of amateurism. No signage. So I imagine they put it in the outside mailbox, which isn't even marked LCL. I've never seen this at any branch, and I've been to three different banks. In short, a very bad first impression. Edit: I went to deposit a check, using their automated deposit machine as recommended. The check deposit option no longer appears, following a blockage suffered by another user who had come to deposit checks just before me. There are few machines, and they don't work. This branch is a disgrace.
