Went to open a Diaspora account today. Very unfriendly customer service less bothered staff who work stonefaced like they are doing you a favour. It took more than one hour and a half to process it, I had to ask questions to know what the best investment deals they offer..even no feedback when to pick up the card, still got to ask when to pick it up..asked for a relations manager but the lady just ignored my request. Anyway ended up changing my mind on what to deposit. Style up,customer is king. It is dire to train the staff on efficiency, receiving new clients alittle enthousiasm goes a long way! The security staff,information desk are friendly.

Service is extremely slow and unfriendly ...I came in for a simple issue with my ATM card I was forced to wait from 10am till 3pm ...they have a queing system but it's hardly used ... Please avoid this one unless you have a whole day to waste ...and even after wasting the whole day the issue with the card wasn't even solved ... So I moved to another bank just next door and it didn't take me 30 minutes to open an account with a properly working ATM card

They charged me 1200 to withdraw just because they call themselves supreme ... They claim supremacy just because they operate to 8pm I feel oppressed this is unfair and i wonder why such charges are allowed There isn't even a warning sign towards this pricing they just deduct
