Bottom of the barrel service. Went there to make enquiries and the person attending to me had the guts to walk away and even roll his eyes at me. They don't even pick calls or respond to emails .I had to threaten to shut down my account to be attended to.

A convenient equity bank branch. Quite busy sometimes but never had a problem of long queues. Great branch!
