Very slow services and no rule of first come first serve basis the customer service reps were only 3 on almost 17 counters
Very friendly and useful security person. Checks on customers every often to ensure they're okay. Friendly staff overall. Account opening process too long. I was there from 11.29 am. to 1.11 pm. Mark you, there were no queues.
The best equity Branch in terms of customer experience. Top notch customer experience.
How do you not have photocopy services in the building do you guys know how one gets frustrated after having been in a queue for long gets to the counter then anaambiwa arudi nje kuleta photocopies... It's depressing people just don't carry those things with them.
Am satisfied.
