I've been trying to reach my advisor for several weeks now, and I've never received a response. I've left messages on the app, on the phone, and I even went to the branch. They told me more than once that the message would be passed on to Angèle Garcia, but she hasn't contacted me. The last time we spoke, her last words were, "If you haven't canceled your..." I want to cancel, but for that to happen, she needs to answer me. I work in retail, and I've had some clients who were more difficult than others, but I've never spoken to a client the way he spoke to me. This is the first time I've left a review; I really needed to.

This bank is not at all friendly. They don't try to understand their customers. It's a shame to remain so indifferent. The telephone service is deplorable. And this is despite the fact that I've never had an overdraft!

Zero stars for this review of the receptionist. Two weeks ago, I dropped off some very private documents with an appointment scheduled for June 26, 2025. On June 24, 2025, I went to the branch to retrieve my personal and confidential documents and cancel the appointment. The same person, besides being haughty, told me they might have been thrown away. This is disrespectful and unprofessional. I am shocked by such behavior, being myself very well-mannered. There is no excuse. Shame on her management. The office across the hall had my documents. Perhaps she will encounter someone who reacts differently. As a non-customer, I was planning to change banks. I had a lengthy discussion with your manager, offering my documents, bank statements, and other paperwork. She then treated me with such haughtiness, coming to retrieve my private documents and cancel my appointment for June 26, 2025, out of respect.
