Very laid back, rude and mediocre staff. I visited today to get my salaried account opened. The lady with heavy eye glasses (middle desk, sitting on the right side after you enter), asked me if it is current or savings, and I mentioned thrice that it is a salaried current account. With her eyes rolled, she looked at the screen and played with the mouse, actually doing nothing (I could see the computer screen). Then, she came up with one more question, how much amount will you be depositing to open the account? And, yet again I told her that it is a salaried account… she argued for a bit and was hell bent towards taking my money. Then I finally told her that I don’t need you services! FYI, my company’s finance team specifically told me to keep the appointment letter and NIC with you, that is all you need for your salaried account.
