Great place with pleasing view
The calling of ticket system is a waste of time and has no meaning, I had a ticket before another person, the other person was called before me after waiting for hours, I asked them why, but the woman who takes care of the account making gave me an attitude and told me to sit down, I was then called to her and she was ignorant and with an attitude towards me , they have trash customer service and the employees are rude, it's like they aren't paid for their jobs, it's pathetic, I just walked out after I was done, she didn't even tell me that we were done, it is bad, I could give them not even a star if I could for how bad they are, go there and you'll waste your time with trash customer service
Credit Manager at Equity Bank in Ngara takes two minutes to scroll through facebook before tending to me. Also assumes I don't have money to be eligible for a credit card.
