Worst customer service ever, been on the queue for 2 hours and only 2 people were before me, the ladies opening the accounts just doing their things, talking among themselves and not assisting client, I have never experienced this kinda treatment from any other banks and don't get me started on the customer service line they provide online, kept on calling and on hold for over 15 minutes and no one answered. Seriously you people should learn not to waste people's time, it's precious.....👺
Level up guys, you can not make somebody stay waiting to be served for an hour as there are only 2 tellers to deposit. How can a whole relationship manager operations' office be closed making stories with somebody inside while a customer waits outside for 50 minutes! THIS IS NOT HOW A BANK OPERATES!

Very dirty place they can not even clean Infront of the bank. Before the around about Infront of the bank used to a dumping site until it was clean by Diamond palace hotel.
