The staff is very non cooperative. They are always finding reasons to delay their work. They have also misplaced my signature card from their branch. I visited yesterday for address change and they said their printer is not working since a week. Government office wala haal hai.

If i could give it Zero stars I would. In k staff parhay likhay jahil hain somehow. When asked for help the customer representative told me bluntly "yeh apka masla hy" . Its quite common behaviour at this branch. They are usually understaffed. iAur jub bhe gaya hn inka manager Maa Shaa Allah bina mask k puray bank may ghoomta hy... Setting great example for others. Very bad behavior of lady (dealing in account opening and sitting on table with entrance) with customer and asking them to come in morining time. And talking on personal calls for so long and doing personal attacks on customer
